I found Efficient Inc through a manufacturer’s website and asked them to replace a AC compressor at a rental property. They were thorough and communicative throughout the entire process and the price was reasonable for the work they did. I’ve used them at other properties since and I’d recommend them with no hesitation for any HVAC needs.
The guys showed you to inspect an $8M property that no one could figure out how to get air in specific areas. We thought we had to re-duct the whole house. But these guys figured it out and now it works!
Efficient Inc. inspected an older central heating system and provided options for adding central cooling. Both the office staff and the technician communicated effectively and were very accommodating about meeting a tight schedule. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough--I could tell he was looking carefully at this particular system and not just giving me generic answers. I am not moving forward on this project right now, but I will definitely be calling Efficient for work on other properties.
