Major renovation, everything was new. Three zone, two compressor systems. One commercial with special warranty requirements. First company botched the job. Efficient not only cleaned up but worked with us to make sure there was proper maintenance access (major redesign), fixed broken lines multiple times and made sure everything was working as expected. They were a partner, not a sub.
We've used efficient a couple of times now and had a great experience. Highly recommend
