Last summer we noticed that our air conditioner never cycled off. We called David Rivera at Efficient Home Solutions and he came out to assess the situation. David said that our AC was “starved” for air and needed more air flow. He suggested that we add a return to increase the air flow. So, we did. And, lo and behold the AC cycled off! We highly recommend David and his team.

We were recommended Efficient Home Solutions by our general contractor during a recent remodel, where we wanted to adjust a vent for a room that was being closed off. David and Jordan, came to the house, listened to our concerns about the quality of our existing central HVAC system and began investigating. They damaged one of my AC units and still insisted I pay for it with childish and unprofessional messages. It was a baffling and stressful experience. DO NOT TRUST if you care about your house. They operate quickly and carelessly and bank on the fact most homeowners won’t check their work. It took two months to get them to finish the job and my damaged unit just got taped up in the end. TOTAL CROOKS and liars in a slick marketing package
