We got a new HVAC and solar from you all last year. Spent 65k. Signed a contract in May 2020 but didn’t get the system until November but that’s besides the point. Now, we are going on 4 days without a/c because your subcontractor seriously botched the installation. Every month we’ve had problems. Not heat. Had to have the brand new compressor replaced on a brand new unit. Problem after problem! Currently, we have melted wires at the air handler disconnect. We met with EHS in late May 2020. Deal sounded great. We signed the docs and got our solar installed in June. That's when the problems started. The Orange County inspection failed 3 times. Finally it passed so then EHS could submit the solar application to Duke. The application was rejected, not sure why. No I am getting the run around. I was supposed to be reimbursed for the extra insurance I had to buy. They also said we'd get a $500 rebate for our first energy bill. IT IS OCTOBER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE SOLAR. I purchased the system in August 10 and Since the day the solar panels got installed started my nightmares. System got installed on September 11. Not even a month later they got fully founded by the lender October 5. Imposible to get a response from the company, don't answer my emails and don’t return calls either. After seeing how they massacre my roof, here I am almost three month later waiting for system to be connected. Already pay my first loan bill + electric bill from Duke. I am still awaiting them to "call me right back". I had 30 panels installed, after them recommending 24, and they assured me I would no longer have an electric bill; however, 6 months later and I still have an electric bill of almost $200 a month. Why on earth did they install the panels then ? I am saving $0. It would be nice if they would call me back, like they said they would. Extremely unhappy.
