Excellent company - I’ve used Efficient Home Energy for several years now and they’ve always been brilliant. Most recently they helped resolve an urgent electrical issue during a tenant move-in and were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Received an email stating Efficient Home Services was going out of business and no longer would be able to service my panels and to switch to Solar Service Pros. Is this accurate? The service department email does seem to be offline.
I bought a cell kit for my inverter for $750 because they said I need it in order to communicate with the SolarEdge app. The cellular is not communicating. I contacted SolarEdge and they don't talk to system owners only installers. I called Efficient Home Services and a lady there said someone would call me in 4 days but no one did. I've called several times and they either say to leave a message or that the office is closed. I sent them an email explaining the situation and they have not responded. a few years ago they installed my solar system and never finished. when they left my 66 panel system only powered my refrigerator. I have had to pay out of pocket and slowly finish my own install on my own. in their defense it was a satellite crew out of Ft. Worth. But that doesn't change the fact that they haven't completed the job they were paid for.
Kirby took care of my service call within a day! He was quick, communicative, and resolved our solar panel errors effectively.
