This is the best company for pricing and very good sales service from Hayden, and work was done very fast. The reason I put 1 star is because they don't have literally any service after the installation. The EHS team was helping me with setting up online access and monitoring and saw the array monitoring was not working and told me they would let the operation know to fix it. UPDATE: So, initially after having panels and new roof installed, I had terrible experiences with customer service and repairs. Last fall and again last month I needed the roof and a panel checked. My concerns were immediately addressed and each time someone was here fairly quickly, 1-2 weeks to check out the problem. The last time, I had a difficult time reaching customer service by phone, but quickly by email. These last 3 experiences prompted me to update and give them 5 stars from the 1star I gave 2 yrs ago.
