The customer service is beyond horrible, solar panels have been installed and active for 5 months and I’m still paying a full bill for electricity. 3 weeks 7 voicemails and no call back. I would strongly suggest going with another solar panel provider.
Kirby from EHS, came out this morning to go over all panels to ensure system was functioning and reinstalled properly. He made a correction, that was just an oversight from reinstallation, all is good now for the panels. He also had arranged for the inspector by the county to come already. Thank you for ensuring my solar panels are secured and functioning properly. :)
Kirby and Jay were outstanding. Great service and installation. And showed me how to use things efficiently.
My solar panels have been on my roof for months. And they are still not turned on. Not only that I just got back from the county clerks office and I had to spent an extra $5611 to pay for a lien on my house for panels i had paid for all ready to EHS. if you dont need any guidance whatsover after installation and if you dont mind paying for things twice. Go ahead and use them.
Kirby did a fantastic job at my home for the solar panel.
