a few years ago they installed my solar system and never finished. when they left my 66 panel system only powered my refrigerator. I have had to pay out of pocket and slowly finish my own install on my own. in their defense it was a satellite crew out of Ft. Worth. But that doesn't change the fact that they haven't completed the job they were paid for.
Kirby took care of my service call within a day! He was quick, communicative, and resolved our solar panel errors effectively.
Updating review to 5 stars. Kirby with EHS came out to address my problems with my solar system. Kirby with his team got my system reattached properly to the rail system and took care of an array problem. All is working good at present and am wholly satisfied with everything. The 5 star rating is due to Kirby and his diligence to ensure things were done right. Thank you. EHS installed a system for me in 2017. For a couple of years things were fine.
