Very disappointing service. I reported that my AC is not cooling at all. The company came out twice, but each time they claimed the system was working and cooling properly, even though it clearly is not. The problem was never fixed, and I am still dealing with the same issue. I expected a proper diagnosis and repair, but instead my concerns were ignored. This has been a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this company.
The dispatch lady and the Service Technician Carson were phenomenal!!!!
These guys were sent out by my warranty company and were top notch. Carson was friendly and respectful (even wore shoe covers) and did a great job fixing my heat. The office was communicative and informative through the process. Best experience I’ve had with a company through 2-10 Warranty. Don’t hesitate to call them!
The first company who looked at our furnace jumped right to a $5k replacement. ECC was able to diagnose and repair for a very reasonable price. Additionslly, they responded after hours, were prompt in communicating, showed up timely both visits and were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. Give them a chance! You won't be sorry.
