Called them several times for service, every time I called they said will send someone tomorrow but no one came!
I am on a Co-Op Board and we recently had a couple of major issues with our boiler. Efficient came out and worked diligently to get us up and running within 24hrs. George, Glen, and Joe were very professional and are great at what they do.
