He explained what he would be doing while on his visit , he also addressed a concern about one of my units in my attic and gave me some good advice. Sammy was very knowledgeable at his job. Please read .. Roland was a great salesperson. After that visit/install it turned to S#$% They use Royal Air for service and warranties. I would run as fast as I could away from this company and loose or burn their phone number. They don't answer their phones, they don't show up for appointment, they don't honor warranties and use excuses on wiggling out of them. This was the Service company lined up by Efficient Air Inc. They sold me my AC and Furnace package at a super great price. Thank God they are Carriers and have a 10... read more
