Isaiah was the tech who serviced my A/C unit. Is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was a great experience having him come in and I felt comfortable with the results that he provided to me as well as any updates that I needed to review highly recommend.
No complaints. The Tech was very professional and made fix recommendations to make our AC efficient.
The tech was very informative and helpful. Did the service fast and very responsive to my needs to get my air conditioning running
Fast and polite. Was EXCELLENT at working with our tight schedule. Even during the weekend our schedule changed but I was able to text them that weekend and at 8am sharp on Monday they had rescheduled for the next day that would work for us. Prior to the Efficient Air another co would not work with our schedule so I refused to make an apt with them. Glad we found Efficien instead.
