We had an emergency when our AC Unit stopped working, and the heat index was over 100 degrees. The Efficient Air office and technician did an excellent job of scheduling and repairing the problem as well as collaborating with our landlord to fix the problem long term. Excellent service and knowledge all around.
Will our tech today was excellent...on time and also contacted me ahead of arrival...he was very professional and personable...after looking over the issue he gave detailed well informed information and opinions...He switched out our thermostat made sure he left anything behind or out of place...overall pleasure
