Highly impressed and satisfied with JJ at efficient air. Called him up first thing in the morning because our downstairs AC wasn’t working and he squeezed us in and was able to fix our unit with 20 minutes. He told us a timeframe of when he would arrive and he was there right on time. He was efficient, fast, and highly responsive. 10/10.

Efficient Air has been great to work with. Every time I’ve called for warranty help or advice, they have been professional, responsive, and fair. As someone who has worked in the home improvement industry on the retail side, I really appreciate honest guidance and practical advice instead of feeling like I’m being upsold. They’ve been helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable every time. I definitely appreciate their service and would recommend them.
Another service call for a different unit and again Johnnie was on time and worked fast. Thankfully warranty covered all the charges. I appreciate the fact he carries some parts with him so it could be fixed in one stop.
