I have been without air conditioning for over a week because they can’t figure out the problem. They show up, fix nothing then say see you in a couple days, then a couple days later come and now, oh this is the problem and they’ve been doing this for over a week. They are truly playing the guessing game at my expense. I haven’t slept for days due to the insane heat in my house and they feel no obligation to get this repaired. I’m not sure if they’re just milking my home warranty, but we know I’m gonna have to pay in the end.
The technician, John'ta, was very professional and informative. You could tell he really cares about the customer and doing his best for his company.
