The audit and insulation/air sealing work we're both done very well, so I wish I could leave two separate reviews. The installers get 5/5 for professionalism and efficiency. The communication and administrative pieces has been poorly handled. I've worked in trades and with contractors, so I'm familiar with how things should work. I expect phone calls and emails to be returned with in 1 business day, but with this company that was the exception, not the rule. They are often unreachable and don't set an out of office automatic... read more

Easy and rewarding process from quote to completion. The insulation work that was to be done in our attic was well-explained, and the crew who did it were not only friendly, but clearly love what they do and are good at it. Highly recommended.
We had a whole house fan installed as well as a couple of energy efficiency items addressed. The guys put in a whole day of hard work under pretty warm conditions and did a great job. We are very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them highly
These guys were great all the way through. My home is 40 years old and they went above and beyond to repair deficiencies and solve problems. I highly recommend them!

Efficiency Matters did a great job with our insulation project a few weeks ago. They were prompt, their employees friendly and helpful and they stayed late on a Friday to finish up the job.
