I had previously left a negative Google review about a dianostic problem that was missed when servicing our HVAC system. Since that review, Tim, the owner, replied to the comment and pro-actively called me to discuss the situation. I called Efficiency Heating & Cooling on a Saturday with issues at a rental house, they had team members on site within hours and took care of the issue right away. They were great to work with.

Had a new thermostat installed. The technician even vacuumed up after himself and spent the time to show me how my filtering system works and how to set up the new thermostat app.

they were sent on behalf of North Prairie Rentals. I was kept up to date and the gentleman that came was knowledgeable and friendly.
