TRANSMISSION blew out not even a MONTH after I bought the car. They are a slimey company and do not deserve ANY of your money. TRUST ME!!!!!
Total waste of money. Bought a used SUV from this dealer. Engine broke in less than 2 weeks after driving it for total less than 700 miles and needs to be replaced due to major issues.
Test drove a car with them and when I told them that I wanted to take it to a mechanic for an inspection was told no. Nobody should buy a car from anyplace that does not allow independent inspection. They told me they had a mobile mechanic I could use, why would I trust their mechanic?
Extremely rude staff members and are well know for selling faulty vehicles without return or repair options.
I would select 0 stars if possible! This dealership is a NIGHTMARE. Our daughter purchased a vehicle 12/23 and it broke down on Christmas eve- within 24 hours of purchase, leaving her stranded in the cold. Obviously Christmas Day is a holiday, so we contacted them Saturday 12/26 after it broke down on her AGAIN after were able to get it running. HER PURCHASE CONTRACT CLEARLY STATES BUYER HAS 2 DAYS TO RETURN TO SELLER. We were attempting to do so - contacted by phone every employee, the owner, etc . Everyone was rude and unh... read more
I wanted to take the car to a third party mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. They refused to allow it. I have never heard of that before today. Also, they claim this car was a one owner, non-smoker. It was a fleet car and has cigarette burns all over the front seat. Finally, they unplugged the wire that connects to the car computer. The one that shows warning lights on the dash. The codes were reset, so if there is something wrong with the car, I wouldn't know until I bought it and drove it for a while.
