Dean gave an estimate, answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, took my phone calls and answered texts promptly. He was here for the entire day during the replacement of my two furnaces and 2 AC systems. And he was the last to leave. He responded on Sunday to a text about a simple glitch and had the problem resolved first thing Monday. We couldn't be happier. I have referred him to neighbors!
Dean was very professional and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The app is easy to use for this system and I am now sleeping much more comfortably! Thank you, Dean and Efficiency Air for doing a great job!
Tim came in and SAVED THE DAY. Where he differed from other companies is his matter of fact explanations of the system and install, what will/won't pass inspection, and his experience with different brands. No upselling! He confirmed that the system is only as good as the installer. He offered a 10 year labor warranty (which speaks volumes about his confidence in his work).
