IF YOU PAY CASH AND HAVE ISSUES BE PRPARED TO GET IGNORED. I HAVE HAD ISSUES SINCE DAY ONE. I HAVE LEGY MUTIPLE MESSAGE FOR OWNER AND HE DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. DO NOT PURCHASE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. .
Great customer service, friendly and quick response. However, He was only here 30 minutes and charged me for an 1 1/4 hours of service because of drive time which was 187.00 onto of the freon I had put in which was 110.00. I think if you are in the business of servicing an area, the service time should be from when you get to the house and start servicing. Plus Edna is only 20 minutes so that time don't even add up. Probably will not use them again.
