You have business to attend to and because of technology and a Dr that’s only in 2 days a week you gotta go with out your medicine because they can squeeze you in like Dr Megan Rule said she would I suggest going somewhere else.
AVOID THIS PLACE! Since Dr. Folts, Lana, and Brooklyn left this office, Effective Psych has gone absolutely downhill. No one answers the phone, cannot get medication prescribed that has been prescribed for years.
Dr. Foltz listened and was very thorougal. Once he left, the practice has never been the same.
Posting this because I genuinely don’t know how else to try to get in touch with this office. Effect Psych Care was fantastic until the owner came out of no where and got more involved. It’s been downhill ever since. They laid off most of their staff and have been prioritizing sucking as much money as possible out of the clinic instead of providing the vulnerable population they treat with the care they deserve. Horrible after Mark retired. Made a telehealth appointment only to be told I cannot be given my meds. I will be going through withdrawal this weekend. Definitely avoid this place.
