1 Star (if I could give zero, I would) Worst agency out there. Completely unorganized — the case managers have no idea what they’re doing. They claim to have home attendants available, but that’s pure nonsense. My sisters and I have had to step in and care for our father ourselves because of this agency’s lack of communication, lack of organization, and overall incompetence. It’s truly sad and unacceptable that my father is the one suffering due to their negligence and unprofessionalism s.
