Gave out false information about Chimney cleaning and repair Gave a ridiculous quote to repair brick chimney Came out to clean chimney for $150 than quoted repair for $3200 came to do the job and said could not do it needed bricks repaired and quoted a price of $15,400. Be aware of price gauging!!!!
Effective Construction LLC is a company that combines two rare traits - excellent workmanship and affordable pricing. Dealing with their reps and workers was a pleasure. They even recommended to have our attic insulation upgraded during the roof installation. Great idea - the temperature upstairs is now very close to the temperature downstairs.
