Had a 9am massage scheduled through Class Pass a few days in advance and when I showed up no one was there - texted the provider around 10 mins later and was told they thought it was scheduled for 10am - but then when I said I could accommodate that time, I was told we’d have to reschedule for another day? They did return the credits, but the response was very flippant given I wasted time going there and waiting without receiving any outreach. Tristan is a true professional. The location is in Building 11 and requires a door code to enter, which adds a nice level of privacy. The massage itself was excellent — the pressure was absolutely on point, firm where needed and adjusted perfectly throughout. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. I left feeling much more relaxed and noticeably better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a skilled and thoughtful massage therapist.
Highly recommend! Tristan is a knowledgeable and gifted massage therapist. I come in for deep tissue massages because I have chronic tension in my upper back, neck, and shoulders. Through his application of technique and attentiveness to my problem areas, he is able to release these muscles to where I walk out feeling incredibly better than ever. His knowledge and intuitive application of this knowledge is not something you'll find in the majority of massage therapists.
