One star just for the PA who was sweet however, Dr. Azizi was the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. The PA came in and got all of my dad's medical history and answered some of our questions. After we spoke to the PA, Dr. Azizi came in for literally 2 seconds, didn't introduce herself or confirm my dad's name or DOB and spoke with the door wide open (for everyone to hear what was going on in our conversation - unprofessional to say the least) and said "Okay, you're proceeding with radiation, see you in 4 mo... read more
