I cannot rate any services as I was never called back. I called the company but only reached their voicemail, which stated to leave a message and they would return call within 1 HOUR. I left a message with name, number and short description of issue. We are now at 29 hours since message left and no phone call. Needless to say, I went with another company and my problem has been solved. Guess business is booming and there is no need for new customer.
The entire experience was the best I’ve ever had with a plumbing company. Erik was prompt, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend their service!!
