Hard to find parts, strikes a chord, fast and friendly service.
These guys are so rude! I would never recommend them to anyone.
LG had them come out to do a warranty service call for my OLED TV. The tech looked at the TV and told me the panel needs to be replaced due to the vertical banding issue. A few days later I call LG to find out the status of the replacement panel to find out that the service tech turned in the paperwork as the TV functioning normally. I tell LG that it must be a mistake and explain that whoever came out told me the panel needs to be replaced.
