BEST SUSHI in town... – The sushi is always fresh and flavorful. The chefs do a superb job of presenting their rolls. The sushi menu is very extensive and innovative. Be sure to sit at the sushi bar and try the Tropical Storm or ask the chefs to be creative to meet your taste buds. The customer service is excellent with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. However, I wouldn't recommend the entrees from the kitchen; the food is not your typical Asian cuisine, you're better off dining at P.F Chang's...
Great sushi and customer service. Avoid the Thai dishes. – The sushi at this restaurant is really nice. Generous portions and a great selection. The wait staff is always great about recommending dishes on the menu. The starters are also a delicious way to start a meal there. The Thai food is a bit inconsistent and depending on who is cooking the spice and salt levels vary wildly. I don't believe the restaurant is a chain but the atmosphere has the feel of an upscale chain restaurant.
Fresh, Flavorful and Fabulous! – OUTSTANDING! Of all sushi restaurants in and around the CLT area (let alone restaurants in general) Eez Fusion should rank on the top of anyone's list.
