Amy Downing is responsive and supports as much as best she can. The Tech Team is inadequate at best. They either take an excessive amount of time to return calls or provide information, if at all. Multiple times I have had to call other sources for support or figure it out on my own. There is no excuse to have to wait for days or weeks for a response, if you even get one. There have also been a couple of times their recommendation was incorrect and I had to get support elsewhere.
