Once we paid it took copying upper levels in order to get help with issues. We paid a bunch of money for our eero devices and now when I am on the phone the voices go into slow motion and some calls drop. My comcast device worked fine, not sure why my husband decided to buy this....wish we had just kept all as is. It hasn't helped us at all (well not me and my phone calls).
