Absolutely delicious, happiness in a bowl. Loved the generous pho and scallion pancakes. Everything is so flavorful, even at mild spiciness (which still has a bit of a kick - I enjoyed that but heads up for spice averse folk) and has little extra touches that differentiate familiar dishes. Kind service.
I kid you not: Eem is a totally unexpected fantastic taste of very, very good Thai food right here in Appalachia. The food is bright and savory at the same time, just like it should be. Kudos to the owners for finally bringing something original to Boone's food offerings. The staff is wonderful. If you like real Thai, this is it.
I live about 2 hours away and this is hands down the best Thai food since I’ve been to Thailand.
My husband and I have been traveling between Tennessee and North Carolina and have stopped at many restaurants; I would undoubtedly recommend this one—the food is high-quality, the atmosphere is family-friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
