Try delivering gas when requested instead of waiting three weeks.
Terrible. I asked for my propane tank to be filled half way because that is what I could afford to pay for. They came and filled it to 80% and charged me for it, way more than I was expecting to pay. I payed over half the charge with what money I had. They said it was fine to pay the rest on a payment plan but never gave me any info on a payment plan or said how much to pay a month. I don't have service with ER energy but i feel the need for a review, I called the Ukiah office for kerosene, i live in kelseyville, after listening to me sob about not having any kerosene left for my heater, losing my husband to cancer, and having my credit card stolen, the girl who answered the phone, Lauren, apologized and said ER doesn't sell kerosene any longer and that redwood coast took over kerosene (i have had bad experiences with redwood). Top notch, will never leave this company! so friendly, super fast response time on delivery, the girl that answers the phone is super sweet, her name is lauren, i think. very pleasant, in the past I've had a bit of rude customer service from the office & when i told lauren that she apologized & let me know that she is new to the company but has been in the propane business for about 6 years & assured me that is not normal service from the office. Thank you ER energy!!!
