Great work done but has not done additional items requested and paid for. Hope it’s just busy season that’s causing delay
Poor quality work done by unsupervised and unskilled employees. We paid half their charges upfront but had to fire them for 1) poor work quality, 2) arriving late to the job, 3) not coming to work on days they said they would. They WOULD NOT REFUND remainder of the MONEY we paid upfront. This was several thousands $$. Do NOT use.
I called and asked for a quote. We decided on a date and time. I left work early to ensure I would not miss him. At 8pm I sent a text and Eric informed me he got tied up at a job. Perfectly understandable, but a call would have been nice. He then said he would come out on Saturday. I stayed home all day and had not heard from him. Again, I reached out and then he said he would get a hold of his estimator and have him come out.
