Pheasant Run apartments in Alexandria MN I lived at these apartments for a year and I truly am disappointed. Me and my Fiance and three kids lived in one of their 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. For being such a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath the on-ground caretaker totally ruined our stay there along with the parking, literally there is no parking there. They told us that we are not allowed to have ANY visitors after 6 pm if so their cars will be towed. The caretaker does drive around after 6 to check for stickers on cars too.
