Disappointing – My family and I have loved stopping by Edwins for gifts while in the area since I was a little girl. I was in the store today with my mother shopping for gifts for my little cousins and aunt while visiting Franklin and received the absolute... worst customer service and attitude from the mature sales woman causing us to put back all the things we were going to purchase and leave. I am very sad to say that Edwins just lost two lifelong customers. Good luck to you.

Great Vera Bradley Selection I have been to Edwin's many times for different gifts. I have always found something...they're prices aren't a steal but they are reasonable, and you can many unique gifts and jewelry. The last item I purchased happened to be a wedding gift, which I never would have found on my own unless the woman working hadn't helped me out. They have a lot of jewelry to choose from including cape cod jewelry, and there are many many Vera Bradley bags and accessories.
Edwins I love this store for any time I am looking for a special gift. They carry many collectibles such as Lladro, Precious Moments, Cape Cod jewelry and Vera Bradley bags. There is truly something for everyone and very reasonably priced, too!
