Dr. Maldonado was okay. Liked him. The staff, forget it. Very unprofessional and rude. Not at all helpful. Don't answer the phones either. And when they finally do, you're left on hold. Not crazy about this location.
The most unprofessional staff ever, no one knows what they are doing and no one gets back to me. I have called abut 25 plus times regarding the rescheduling of my MRI during the last month and I'm still waiting to hear back. My MRI was cancelled due to the doctor having to do a peer to peer with my insurance and it still has not happened. I'm not sure if the Doctor is aware of what is going on, but he should be involved and investigate what is going on. Several other patients are complaining about it. I will have to go ... read more
