If you want a one-time snapshot type of care, then Dr. GAO is for you. He spends less than five minutes with you, but your overall wait time is about 1.5 hours regardless of whether you have an appointment. If you have 3 things wrong with you, too bad, Dr. GAO will only address the problem he feels is priority making you reschedule appointments over and over. Do not expect continuity of care.
Physicians should not discontinue vital medications (for diabetes, hypertension, and/or hyperlipidemia) just because you have not been in the office within the last 3 months. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Routinely, cardiac and other meds should be refilled a minimum of 6 months. Failing to refill a medication, i.e. for hypertension, in my opinion, is malpractice. If you are in the office 4 times a year, you should not have to make another appointment just for a refill.
Dr. Taylor is the BEST Dr. I have ever had treat me. He is everything you would want in a Dr. He listens, truly examines, and tells you the truth. I had a rib that was dislocated for 12 yrs. Many other Drs missed this and would just throw meds at me, not Dr. Taylor. He listened, examined me and then put my rib back in place. If you want a world class Dr., a Dr. that puts his patients true well-being first, see Dr. Taylor.
I ALWAYS feel rushed when I see him. I’ll go in and tell him how I’m feeling and he literally tells me I’m fine. He doesn’t even do a thorough exam, no blood work...nothing. My long time GP moved and I found Dr GAO a year and a half ago. Now I’m forced to find yet another doctor. I still have this health problem that causes great discomfort and feels worse. My husband sees him too and he barely complains about services but he complained about Dr Gao.
I have been a patient of this office for 7 years and my Primary Physician recently left the practice. They were unable to get me an appointment with him before he left and instead scheduled me with another Physician in the office. I had a complete blood workup and urine workup and had to return three times in one week to have the same test taken again and again and again due to staff errors. Then when my medications for depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder they refused to
Dr.George-Zieser is a great doctor! She is kind and knowledgeable!
Switched to him for my primary care needs. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. The comments I read below griping about laptops etc. are just silly. I have recommended several friends and family and will continue to recommend this office and Dr. Taylor. You will not be disappointed with his service.
Excellent communication and discussion of options
This doctor blocked my wife from having a diagnostic breast exam because it has been over a year since she has had her annual exam. I guess this doctor is all about the money and cares nothing of people. It was November 16, 2016.... LESS THAN A YEAR, for my wife's last office visit, not a matter of multiple years. This doctor blocked what may be a life-saving procedure that my wife NEEDS. She had a mammogram a few days ago and they saw something that needs a closer look.
