Be careful of deposits I went to this office for 14 yrs (2004 = 2018) mainly when Dr Carter was there and Jessie did most of the "med spa" type work- lazers, sculptra etc and she was great. In 2018 I had cancer and went to the office a few doors down for my chemo and other treatments. Very caring staff. Excellent care through my breast cancer surgery and reconstruction. I have amended my review as my reconstructive surgery results over the years have been incredibly painful, in addition to being visually unsightly. I finally decided to go back to my primary surgeon to have the implant removed. Upon first glance she couldn't believe I have lived with the pain and discomfort this long without scheduling an appt with her sooner. Had breast cancer. Dr. Austin and his team are amazing. Made me feel like they actually cared. While my body needed multiple surgeries due to treatments and unfortunate things that were unforgeable, this man showed up every time. Weather, time of day, it didn't ever stop him from being by my side and working on me and saving my life more than once. I had my first meet & greet / Consultation appointment with DR Austin today. He explained everything about the future surgery. The pros & cons. I felt he cared for my safety and great results. He made me feel at ease. Super professional. My husband was impressed as well. A bit more fine tuning on my part. I will see you for a F/U Consultation in the near future.
