Ive seen Dr. Morales twice . On the first visit the Nurse Practitioner asked me a lot of questions and what my concerns were and then Dr. Morales came in and did his own assessment. The care notes were probably the best and detailed notes ive seen from a Dr. pretty much our whole conversation was put down almost verbatim. He has a great personality. Got referred by my doctor.. they just called me today.. they won't have anything until January of 2027. So good luck getting an appt with them. Looking elsewhere.

Don't even bother calling, even if you were referred by Doctor's Hospital's ER clearly stating in the "follow up section" the the patient should see the doctor within 1 or 2 days. They don't have anything from today, May 29, until November. When explained to the assistant the situation she said that DH just recommend that so we call within 1 or 2 days without any sense of urgency. Again, don't even bother
Our experience with this office has been extremely disappointing. It took nearly two months just to get an initial appointment for my mom. After finally seeing the doctor, she was told she needed both a CT scan and a cystoscopy, which were scheduled a month apart. On the day of her cystoscopy appointment, I called to confirm and was told that Dr. Morales had canceled. We are now being pushed back yet again and must wait another month before my mom can be seen.
