I had a great experience with Dr. Morales! I would highly recommend him; he listened to me and took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable. Very professional, wonderful doctor!
THE WORST STAFF. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PATIENTS OR PRIORITY CASES. NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLES UNTIL 3 MONTHS LATER.
Provided the Doctor with insurance claim forms. Was told he chrges $25 dollars per form. Would not review or address the issue till i paid up front first. Paid them for the issue. Then was told the Doctor need to have a consultation to be able to fill the forms out. I had already paid for the issue. Holding the form till i pay for an consultation to be able to have them filled out. Has lost of the doctors ethics to help out the patients and only address the money issues.
