I've been a patient of Dr Diaz at the North Little Rock office for the past 2 ½ years. The level of care has been outstanding. His explanations are so easy to understand, since he uses language that is for the layman.
Dr. Jones provides excellent care. She is very engaged. Listens attentively and responds very thoughtfully. She has an excellent bedside manner. I always trust her advice and decisions. I also appreciate the periodic check in by her nurse after the appointment. This is very helpful.
Very good doctor and has been my doctor going on about 8 years. Always answers my question and makes me feel comfortable. When I call for something his nurse always get back with me.
I have been seeing Dr Merotte for my care for about seven years. I am very comfortable discussing my care and needs with him. He is always concerned and not in a rush to move to the next patient- I appreciate that!
It is very difficult to discuss certain issues, but he is very knowledgeable and since his treatment I am a new person! He gave me back my ability to be me again!
He is absolutely the worst doctor I have ever seen. I would not recommend him to anyone. He told me he saw 70 plus patients a day. How can he be competent seeing that many patients. He has a HORRIBLE bedside manner, never explains anything, makes appts with other physicians without discussing with you why he did that. Etc.
We had read reviews on this site and were concerned about seeing Dr. Diaz. However, he came highly recommend by our surgeon, so we scheduled an appointment. Dr. Diaz was very personable, he answered all our questions, and recommended non-invasive procedures to help us. Overall, a great experience, and we will recommend him to others.
I've had the most horrible, nightmare experience with Dr Edwin Diaz, MD. He never follows up, he doesn't investigate problems, he sends all communication through his nursing staff and PA's. Would never recommend him to anyone.
I have personally had unacceptable service by scheduling staff, return of my calls when all their lines are busy, and have felt like the whole expetience has become very cold, uncaring and impersonal. I was traumatized by my experiences during my last visit. Dr. Jones is an excellent dr. But what one has to go through to see her is infuriating.
