I went in with a sensitive and frankly embarrassing issue.The staff up front were a joy and I would give them five stars, in fact I would give everyone but the doctor himself five stars. I hate to say it and almost wish this review was only seen by staff and not public,but the doctor I would give only one star.I felt rushed, awkward, embarrassed, and like my questions were stupid. Dr. Diaz was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Instantly made me feel comfortable. Did a great job of taking time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend him. The staff was also very friendly, courteous, and professional. A great team of professionals.
Dr. Diaz if very professional. Found the problem set up surgery and completed the surgery in a good time schedule.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a Dr. He never introduced himself, he never asked any questions about symptoms, previous medications, or took the time to listen to my concerns. He interrupted me on several occasions, and barely made eye contact. He had not reviewed my chart, which he carried in with him. I filled out a pre-appointment paperwork that told previous history, and symptoms, none of which was discussed. I spoke with Dr. Diaz about Prostatic Artery Embolization. He wanted me to have a PSA check and I did. He said it was a little high and he wanted me to due an MRI. I did an MRI and then he said he said he wanted to have my Testosterone under his control. So I did that and he asked me to take another MRI. I did that and my PSA was stable so I asked for the PAE referral but he said that I would have to take another prostate biopsy, which may lead to other infections. Would not recommend him to anyone. Upon the appointment, the Dr. explained absolutely nothing. You would think it's okay to ask questions since this will be the first surgery you will have, but that's incorrect. The Dr. canceled my surgery the day before my procedure because he felt "uncomfortable" due to me asking questions. On top of that after the surgery is scheduled you will never be able to speak with him again. Everything is communicated through his team and most of them are rude. Cannot get procedures scheduled. Takes weeks to get anything done. Office can’t manage to communicate with hospital for scheduling.

I've been a patient of Dr Diaz at the North Little Rock office for the past 2 ½ years. The level of care has been outstanding. His explanations are so easy to understand, since he uses language that is for the layman.
