Horrible staff !! The office supervisor has no compassion ever DO NOT make any appointments.
I don't think they are still in business. Been calling for two weeks. No one answers the phone and when you choose to leave a message the voice mail says that function is not available.
My problem with Dr. Gomez was mostly his office. They claimed I had not called in to cancel and appointment but I did and they wanted to charge me for the missed appt. I even recorded the phone message stating that their answering service could not accept any new messages. When I tried to explain this to the office staff they became angry and defensive.
