I always recieve great service here
The staff was wonderful and my wait time was minimal. However, I have received numerous bills from them. Every time I think I have paid in full I receive another bill. Also I was billed separately for the radiologist. I have never experienced that before. I simple CT Scan has cost a lot more at this facility that it would have at other facilities. I will do a better job at researching next time.
Very nice staff, clean facility, quick service
I have health issues that make me a frequent flyer at the Imaging Center. The staff is friendly and efficient. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your experience is a positive one! And it doesn't take weeks to get in for specialized testing.
Worst experience ever at a medical facility. Arrived and checked in them waited several hours without anyone even speaking to us to e plain why the wait was so long. Apparently the entire staff takes lunch at the same time and basically shut down the office for an hour between Noon and 1pm. If you arrive after 10am you will likely not be finished until after 2pm based on the speed at which this place operates.
