Recommendedwe love this clinic! our German Shepherd yasi just had a litter of puppies and started loosing her strength and her health was failing rapidly. The entire office and the awesome vets took such great care of her and delivered the remaining 10 puppies! we love this clinic and won't go anywhere else!
Dr. Loftus did an awesome job cleaning my teeth this month. Her and her team always give me awesome care even though I am a loud patient that meows a lot!!
Please do not leave your dogs at Edwardsville Animal Clinic under any circumstance! Under the care of Dr. Loftus my dog was neglectfully left outdoors alone overnight. No one told me they were abandoning my dog and leaving her in danger of being hit by a car. I was out of town and frantically calling the emergency number provided to me. My calls were never answered and I was totally ignored. It has now been three days since this event and Dr. Loftus has not bothered to call me or contact me in any way. The vet shows that she really cares about her patients!
We took our daughter’s dog to be boarded there for this weekend. They called her this morning and told her that the dog had escaped the enclosure and they couldn’t get her back in. Now the office is closed, and no one is responding to calls to their emergency number. It’s been 4 hours now and we’re out of town and beside ourselves with worry. Can we get a response here????

Jen always does a wonderful job grooming my fur babies. They absolutely love her and she always works with my schedule. My doggies enjoy going in and seeing her and always come home smelling amazing!
