I had the most wonderful experience at Halo Studio with the incredible Sarah! From the moment of contact until the very end of the process, she was absolutely incredible.. one of the kindest people I’ve met and so unbelievably understanding and helpful! She helped me choose a style to cater to my many worries and desires and made me feel so comfortable and well looked after. The girls at Halo are the best. I was allowed to bring my puppy to the studio as I was getting a blow dry and we both felt so looked after. My hair looks and feels beautiful, and the girls even played with my puppy as I was getting my hair done. 5 Star experience from start to finish, we will definitely be back!
Kyra is absolute retention gold, just magic in every way. I wanted creamy bright natural blonde and she absolutely delivered. Her attention to detail is next level. Every section feels intentional, and she works with the kind of quiet confidence that only comes with real skill. It’s the kind of experience you’d expect from someone at the top of their game, delivered with calm, kind energy that makes the whole thing feel effortless. I feel so lucky to have found her—and yes, I’d follow her wherever she goes.
Unfortunately I had the worst experience at this salon, left in tears about my colour done by Claire. Messaged the salon manager privately about how upset I was, they assured me they would be in touch to rectify and I never heard anything back. I really care about my hair and can't believe the condition and state it is now in. I think more care and communication can be put in by the staff.
