I was disappointed with my experience at Halo Studio Gold Coast. I booked a blow dry during a promotional offer, but when it came time to pay, the promotion was not honoured. Instead, I was given what felt like an excuse and was charged the full price. This left a poor impression and felt misleading. I had been a loyal client of Halo for two years, which made this experience incredibly disappointing. I booked a full head of foils, but instead I was encouraged to have only a half head. During the appointment, only around five foils were placed on each side of my hairline, leaving approximately nine months of regrowth untouched in the most visible area. I had the most wonderful experience at Halo Studio with the incredible Sarah! From the moment of contact until the very end of the process, she was absolutely incredible.. one of the kindest people I’ve met and so unbelievably understanding and helpful! She helped me choose a style to cater to my many worries and desires and made me feel so comfortable and well looked after. The girls at Halo are the best. I was allowed to bring my puppy to the studio as I was getting a blow dry and we both felt so looked after. My hair looks and feels beautiful, and the girls even played with my puppy as I was getting my hair done. 5 Star experience from start to finish, we will definitely be back!
