What I love the most about this switched on dynamic team was that no matter who answered my calls each staff member took ownership and completed my enquiries without skipping a heart beat. It took only a few days to find, sign and seal the deal. Very impressed. Shout out To Emma Galas!!!
Were okay until we submitted a notice to terminate... We went through three agents that we knew of in about 18 months. During inspections it was always "oh wow I'll get on to the owners about that" "oh I wouldn't allow the place to be relet until this is fixed" yadda yadda, and nothing changed, the place had no curtains or blinds, no working ventilation, floor was sagging in the kitchen so walking would have stuff falling over in there, and the access stairs were falling off the unit so structurally questionable.
