Excellent service, especially Nyah who was fantastic to deal with. She responded quickly when we had a rodent issue at our house, organised the pest control and handyman, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. I had a wonderful experience leasing my property through Edwards Windsor. Josh Toon was a delight to deal with. He was honest, thorough, and a great communicator. He stayed in touch every step of the way and coordinated a great result - good tenants, at the desired price and in the timeframe I required. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Josh and Ewards Windsor.
Declan was excellent to work with. I appreciated everything from beginning to the end. He engaged us in a very professional manner, not pushy, receptive, listening to what we wanted. He did not charge large fees upfront, which I appreciated. He did not push to 'pretty the place up', which I appreciated. An old fashioned straightforward real estate agent. He found a buyer, and negotiated the best price possible. I highly recommend him.
