Super disappointed! I hate to leave a bad review, but Ed has given us no choice. We are a year into our shades and they are falling apart. I called/emailed Ed and he blew me off. Told me it was his installers problem. Well, I didn't buy shades from your installer. Who, by the way, was too lazy to pre-drill holes and now we have drywall damage. No one from Ed to his installer wants to help. Just serve up excuses. Moral of the story, you pay for what you get! And the pictures speak for themselves!
