Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this OBGYN promptly notify you about any test results? Yes, they were fairly prompt Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Fairly Easy Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected
