Don't know what is going on with the new owners but their customer service needs a complete revamp. Used to be a great company. Sadly this is no longer the case
My furnace quit on Sunday so I call because they say 24hrs, they aren't 24hrs service they are 8 to 5 dont let them fool ya ,no heat to me is a emergency! I did receive a call back in a few hours, the next day they came out, parts needed to be ordered, he was done by 1pm. You would think they would order the parts that day!! Nope that didn't happen 😕 So it's been 6 days now and nothing, Thanksgiving was a wash, I couldn't have family over with no heat and a cold home!
