After paying nearly $20,000 for a new system to be put in was improperly installed which resulted in a major water leak. Had to call the company multiple times for them to come back out at 1 point the tech told me I did not need an air filter, had to have them come out multiple times for them to bring out my airfilter or a replacement. And this is what I was left with, an air filter that is not the correct size and was just crumbled in here and said “you’re good to go”

I am waiting for an estimate and order the parts. Very difficult situation as I am on vacation in Italy. I must trust Eric completely.
