My house is over 50 years old. I had a leak in one of the rooms that I knew I needed to get fixed. And I was afraid I would need a new roof. Tanner from Edwards Roofing gave me several options. The option that would work best for me was instead of a new roof; he was able to fix the leak and apply a layer of sealant over the existing roof. Which should last for at least 10 years.
