Came over for an estimate and never heard back from him . Called and left message after message with his call center and they told me they’ve been leaving him all the messages I left . Never had the decency to get back to me .
Edward's Roofing and Exteriors was very accommodating to us by providing samples and making a huge last minute change in our order. They were very responsive to our concerns and handled any 3rd party communication we didn't want to deal with. Bonus is that we love our new roof!
We have a beautiful new roof and gutters, thanks to Edwards Roofing and Exteriors. The work was done efficiently and without any noticeable mess. The workers did a great job!
Ed, the owner was easy to work with. He did most of the legwork dealing with the adjuster and insurance company. He kept me apprised of when he'd start. His crew did a good job, moved quickly and did an awesome clean up job afterwards. I'd definitely recommend.
3rd roof put on by Edwards roofing. Excellent service. Works hard for his customers. Highly recommended!
