My daughter had ordered 30 wings this evening. The wings were very large, had a "gummy" texture and were not done. Due to a shooting in New Castle, she was locked in the hospital for an hour and was unable to pick up the wings. Regardless of sitting for an hour, they were horrible. I returned about 20 whole wings and the 10 that people had eaten. I would have taken the money back for the 20 wings or a credit for as many. The manager or owner must have been offended. This is by far the best restaurant in New Castle. The food and service are second to none. I highly recommend Edwards Restaurant.
