I have been renting from Edwards properties gdore the better part of a decade. They handle everything with professionalism, speed, and kindness. No better company to be with. They treat you like family.
My experience with this company is amazing, They are very professional, reliable and trustworthy. The application deposit is very reasonable and not over the top like most. Maintenance Team is amazing as well. I’ve been with them for 3 years and love them!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ! The absolute worst people my husband has rented through we’ve been asking and begging them to come fix our apartment our ceilings are leaking, the shower wall is falling apart, the electric in the downstairs bathroom is down and even more than that is wrong with this apartment we’ve called and texted repeatedly since January of this year and nothing has been done about our situation worst people ever.find someone else to rent through but edwards properties shouldn’t be the one you get a home through.
