I called this company due to my pipes being frozen. On the phone they state there is a $70 charge for a technician to come out. No problem. He gets here and tells me all my piping is PVC so there is nothing he can do for me. I still had to pay the $70 charge. The technician was very friendly, but this is not how you do business. If you do not complete the job you should not expect payment. Their gain... my loss. Filing with the BBB as well. Save yourself $70 and avoid this company at all costs.
They arrived the same day I called. I had two issues - hot water heater and sump pump - that were resolved without replacement! Will definitely use them again. Plumber was very professional.
